Additional comments:
Our family had taken a Whale Shark tour with Ningaloo Reef Dreaming out of Exmouth. The Whale Shark was right on the surface when we initially arrived and we could see his fin above the water before we were dropped in for our swim. Our spotter entered the water and gave us the sign to enter the water. The shark appeared interested in our spotter and swam towards her for a couple of minutes until a tourist in our group got a little too close and he dived so we made our way back to our boat. Fortunately he did come back up for a couple of minutes and the other group who had entered the water were able to spend a little bit of time with him.
