Additional comments:
Through Willy's Tours from Isla Holbox, Mexico, we took a boat about 2 to 2.5 hours out to the 'current.' Many tour boats were there from Holbox and from Cancun, likely 30+ boats. There seemed to be quite a few whale sharks. In the vicinity around the boat, I think I saw at least 5 at one time, with more seemingly around other boats.
