For an unknown reason, whale sharks can always be found in this village near the southern part of Cebu, Philippines. Due to their constant presence, this area attracts many tourists who can go snorkeling or diving with these beautiful sharks. This is by far my most jaw dropping dive so far.. and I hope I was able to somewhat capture their magnificence in this short video.
